Mission

Our Mission:

“To give hope and bring about transformational change in the lives of our students through effective education and youth development programs that address the academic, social, career, and spiritual needs of our students”.
Tulsa Hope Academy specializes in providing individualized programs that address the unique and varied needs of our students and families.  Adult learners wishing to complete their education and high school students alike benefit from having access to our flexible and convenient internet-based curriculum 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Students who have struggled to succeed in a traditional school setting and/or those seeking non-traditional  options for their education may wish to enroll in our on-campus program which features our hybrid classroom model.  Although we have expanded to accommodate many different types of learners our heart and primary mission remains to serve the most disadvantaged and underserved teens in our community.

Our Values:

We believe that God uniquely created everyone for a purpose and that Jesus Christ transforms lives.  With Christ as our example, we are committed to serving people who are often the “lost and forgotten among us”.  We believe in caring for the whole person by focusing on the educational, social, emotional, physical needs of each person.  We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy community through a culture of trust and mutual respect reflected by 1) Respect for all members of the community and valuing their unique contributions; 2) Honoring one another through consistent and clear expectations and healthy boundaries; 3) Participating in collective decision making; 4) Encouraging creative thinking and collective problem solving; 5) Creating opportunities for students to learn from failures and “try again”; and 6) Living a balanced life inclusive of work, play, and rest.
